The University has launched its programme of activity for confirmation and clearing in August 2014.

The Student Recruitment and Admissions Office has increased the range of promotional activities aimed at building engagement with applicants and offer holders. This includes a campaign across the summer, designed to reduce the number of students who accept an offer at the University, but fail to register to start their studies.

New initiatives include:

Coming to Liverpool’ summer visits

These events are targeted at all offer holders, as well as enquirers who may be considering university in September 2014 and have yet to apply. They are an opportunity for non-clinical students who have already attended an event at the University to revisit and ask any last questions, as well as for students who have not been to see us at all. The visits will take place on 30 July and 6 August and include talks and exhibitions on the topics such as admissions, accommodation, finance and student life, as well as campus and city tours.
